Ideally situated in town centres, the Néméa Appart’Hôtel residences offer the rental of fully-furnished and equipped apartments with hotel services for stays of one night to several weeks
In each of the Néméa Appart’Hôtel residences, our team is made up of 3 principal staff members, all of whom are essential and complimentary: the resident manager, the receptionist and the multi-purpose cleaning staff. Some teams may also include an assistant manager, an accommodation manager or a technical agent.

Residence manager

Responsible for the coordination of the residency, the site Manager guarantees the smooth and efficient running of the residence. They ensure that the standards and procedures of the group are followed in a number of areas (accommodation, security, hygiene and maintenance) and are responsible for supervising all the members of their team
They are also the first to represent the brand Néméa Appart’Hôtel on a local level and are thus responsible for some of the commercial development of their site (direct marketing, the integration of economic and social networks, retaining customer loyalty).
A multi-skilled and operational job, this position calls for a strong sense of organisation and thoroughness, together with a taste for challenge and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for people competent in management who would like to further their experience through direct contact with the customer within the hotel industry and related services.

Accommodation manager (or Assistant manager in certain specific locations).

Their role is to assist the residence manager in all areas and to supervise the reception team.
A multi-skilled job with responsibility, this position calls for autonomy, organisational skills and reactivity.
We are looking for receptionists with at least 3 years’ experience at reception, or with proven experience in a similar job, who speak a foreign language.

Receptionist

They are responsible for welcoming the client and are the ambassadors of our brand image. They will also carry out various tasks concerning administration, marketing and communication. They are responsible for the operation of front and back office, comprising of duties such as reception, reservations, billing, managing outstanding bills and the till.
They are also responsible for the laying up and the organising of the breakfast room (buffet style) and managing the food stocks.
This job calls for autonomy, organisational skills and reactivity.
We are looking for receptionists with at least 1 years’ experience at reception, or with proven experience in customer services and who speak a foreign language.

Multi-purpose cleaning staff

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the residence, the multi-purpose employee is in charge of the cleaning of all public areas and some apartments, in compliance with the hygiene standards of the group.
The multi-purpose employee controls the quality of work carried out by service suppliers and is in charge of the linen (sorting and counting).
This job calls for efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills.
We are looking for people with experience in the cleaning and/or maintenance sector and who are familiar with basic hygiene rules.

Technical employee

Responsible for the technical aspect of the residence, this multi-purpose employee is in charge of the daily repair and maintenance of the technical installations, in compliance with the standards laid down by the group: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, whirlpool bath, plumbing, electricity, diverse repairs in the apartments, diverse renovations etc.
This job calls for efficiency, technical and organisational skills.
We are looking for people with previous experience in the technical field and with basic knowledge of plumbing and electricity.

Jobs with temporary and permanent contracts depending on residence and region. Possibility of staff housing in certain locations.
