Stay tax
Please be advised, in France, municipalities require that holiday makers pay a tourist tax.
It is collected by the municipality, through the host duly authorized by the city concerned.
Its prize differs from each municipality, and depends on the number of persons, their age and also on the length of stay of eahc of these people in the city.
Furthermore, it cannot be know with certainty at the time of the manufacture and distribution of these brochures.
Animals
You come with our animal ? Don't forget its presence is restrictive (leash mandatory) in the common areas.
You remain responsible of your animal.
They must not stay locked up alone in the accomodation, in the absence of their owners, who remain civilly responsible.
Housekeeping
The principle of rental implies that occupants must clean the apartment before their departure. If this rule is not respected by the occupants, they must pay a fixed price, the amount of which will be indicated on site.
It may happen optional hotel services are proposed and paid for on site.
Please note : in any circomstances, kitchenettes and dishes must be cleaned by the occupants.
