Stay tax
Please note that in France, municipalities require occupants to pay a tourist tax. This is collected by the municipality, through the intermediary of the accommodation provider duly mandated by the municipality concerned. The amount varies from municipality to municipality, and depends on the number of people, their age and the length of their stay in the resort. It cannot be known with any certainty at the time of production and distribution of these brochures.
Animals
If you are taking your pet with you (-5 kg only), please remember that your pet's presence is restricted (leash compulsory) in common areas. You are responsible for your pet. They must not be left alone in a property in the absence of their owner, who is civilly responsible for them.
Housekeeping
The principle of rental implies that occupants must clean the apartment before leaving. If this rule is not respected by the occupants, they must pay a fixed fee, the amount of which will be indicated on site. A la carte or optional hotel services may be offered and paid for on site. Please note: in all cases, kitchenettes and dishes must be cleaned by occupants.
