Over almost 30 years, Nemea Group has developed a portfolio of 95 residences, making us one of the top residence services companies in France today. To day, the Nemea brand is structured around 5 models:

  • Nemea holiday residences: holiday lettings by the sea, in the mountains and in the countryside.
  • Nemea Appart'Hotel: hotel-style residences for business and leisure, located in city centres.
  • Nemea Appart'Hotel&Suites: hotels for leisure travellers located in towns and cities.
  • Nemea Appart'Etud: student residences located in different university towns throughout France.
  • Nemea Coliving: versatile private accommodation centred around shared spaces, located in town centres.

Nemea is constantly on the lookout for new projects, and today we're turning towards innovative concepts: hostels, mixed residences that combine student and hotel accommodation within the same structure, sheltered accommodation for older people, co-living etc. This is all part of our diversification strategy.
