Over the past 30 years, the Nemea Group has developed a portfolio of around 60 residences and is now one of the top four French operators of serviced residences. Today, the Nemea brand is structured around four brands:

  • Nemea Appart'Hotel: hotel residences located in city centres.
  • Nemea Appart'Hotel & Suites: tourist hotels in city centres.
  • Nemea Appart'Etud: student residences located in various university hubs across France.
  • Nemea Coliving: modular private accommodation opening onto shared spaces located in city centres.

Already established in Strasbourg, Amiens and Bordeaux, mixed residences combine student accommodation and hotel residences. These residences are true shared living spaces, bringing together students, young professionals, business travellers and city breakers in the same complex.

Nemea, a national player

Nemea Appart'Hotel: serviced apartments in the heart of cities and business districts for short and long stays. Nemea Appart'Hotels offer fully equipped apartments (kitchenette, office space, sleeping area and bathroom), à la carte services (breakfast, cleaning, laundry, etc.) and free relaxation areas (heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tubs, steam room, gym, etc.).

Nemea Appart'Etud: student residences in the heart of university campuses for students and young professionals. A true place of study (co-working), living (shared kitchen, gym with sports coaches) and sharing (masterclasses, cafeteria, cinema) inspired by co-living and current trends.

The mixed-use residence is a true shared living space open to students, young professionals, business travellers and city breakers. With Nemea coliving, Nemea aims to offer flexible private accommodation with friendly shared spaces and a range of facilities for meeting new people, playing sport, working or eating.

Since its creation in 1994, the Nemea Group has pursued steady, controlled growth based on rigorous management and a sustainable growth strategy.
