The apartments are furnished and perfectly designed for your comfort: fully equipped kitchenette, micro-wave oven, vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, safe box, flat screen TV with satellite channels, Canal Plus, telephone, bathroom with hair dryer.
Also, at your disposal: a lobby area, wifi, luggage room, sauna, fitness room, Automatic laundromat, and a car park.
Linen and towels are provided (weekly changed with the free cleaning service). Beds are made on arrival.

The reception staff is available to compensate for any failure or small inconvenience on arrival and throughout the stay. We advise you to always stay in touch with the staff.
Stay tax
Beware that in France , municipalities require from travelers the payment of a stay tax. The tax is collected by the municipality, through the hotel, duly mandated by the relevant municipality . The amount is different for each city and depends on the number of people , their age but also the duration of the stay of each person. It also cannot be known with certainty at the time of production and distribution of these brochures.
Animals
If you are travelling with your pet ( - 5kg only) , remember that its presence is restrictive ( compulsory leash ) in common areas . You are responsible for your pet. They must not remain locked up alone in a room in the absence of their master who is civilly liable .
Housekeeping
The principle of renting implies that the occupants should clean the apartment before leaving. If this rule is not respected by the occupants , they must pay a fee, which amount will be indicated on site. There can be hotel services or "à la carte" options to be offered and paid on site. Note: in all cases kitchenettes and dishes must be cleaned by the occupants.

How to go to the residence Paris Levallois ?
By car
Take the Boulevard Périphérique de Paris towards the Boulevard de Reims
Take the exit towards D909/Porte d'Asnières and leave the ring road.
Merge onto Boulevard de Reims, then turn left onto Avenue de la Porte d'Asnières.
Continue straight on rue Victor Hugo/D909.
Turn left on rue Camille Pelletan, then turn right at the first crossing and continue on Rue Raspaïl.
