Stay tax
Warning, in France, municipalities require that occupants pay a city tax. This is collected by the municipality, through the host duly authorised by the municipality concerned. Its amount differs for each municipality, depends on the number of people, their age but also the length of stay of each of these people on the station, the amount cannot be known with any certainty at the date of manufacture and distribution of these brochures
Animals
You travel with your pet (- 5kg only), do not forget that its presence is restrictive (mandatory leash) in the common areas. You’re responsible for your pet.
They must not remain locked alone in an accommodation in the absence of their master who is civilly responsible
Housekeeping
The rental principle implies that the occupants must clean the apartment before they leave. If this rule is violated, the occupants must pay a flat rate the amount of which will be indicated on the spot. It may happen that hotel services à la carte or optional are suggested and to be paid on site. Warning: in all cases kitchenettes and dishes should be cleaned by the occupants.
